As a woman in modern society, I was struggling to juggle being a Mum, the best I could be for my amazing partner and also work shifts that varied weekly.
We’ve all been there at some stage, too much to do, not enough time. It’s so easy to fall into a routine, opting for unhealthy ‘go to’ food based on convenience rather than its nutritional content.
You no longer have the time or the energy to exercise and in the blink of an eye, you are feeling miserable, your jeans no longer fit and your energy levels plummet. You feel like you are failing your family…
For me this was THE Turning Point. One morning I woke up, looked at my beautiful daughter and decided to get my passion for health and fitness back to work! My focus was to make being the best version of me sustainable. I didn’t want to have a short lived phase of health and fitness that I couldn’t keep up for the rest of my life.
For 2 years I have maintained a healthy and active lifestyle. Now, I am ready to share it with you. My aim is to bring as many people as possible out of ‘the slump’. Show them how they can have more energy, look and feel better than they have in years and most importantly, keep it up!
